SoftLocker Database Issue

We are currently experiencing a problem with the servers at SoftLocker.net which is causing the following error:
-Logging into SoftLocker generates a "Catastrophic Error" message
-You can generate codes but they cannot be used to register a program at this time. They will work when the problem is resolved.
It does not appear that currently registered users are affected.
Rest assured that fixing this issue is priority number one and we are working diligently to resolve it. We will post updates here.

Language File Updates

We're making some changes to the way our software handles translations. Previously our software contained translations for approximately 50 different languages.
Our data shows that the vast majority of these translations are not being used. We are going to reduce the number of languages to approximately 11. We can still add custom translations upon request. For more information please see this article.

Rebrand Software is located just outside of Washington, DC and we're in the middle of two enormous snowstorms which are shutting down everything in the area.
We're processing brandable software orders without any delays but, since we are working limited hours, it might take longer than usual to respond to emails.
We should be back to normal in just a few days.

Winter Break and Holiday Sale

Rebrand Software will begin our annual holiday break on December 16th, 2009 and resume normal operation on January, 4th 2010.
