Logging a meal should take seconds
The reason most people stop tracking calories is not motivation… let’s be honest, logging your food was a major pain! CalorieGoals aims to fix that.
Photograph your recipes, your nutrition labels, or your whole meal. CalorieGoals wil find the matching food in the USDA data, match the portions, gather the nutrients and report back. Alternatively, type your food and let CalorieGoals find your food on the web and report back. You’re always in control: edit portions sizes easily, and manually adjust anything that doesn’t look right.
Users of Claude and ChatGPT can integrate CalorieGoals directly, giving your favorite AI the ability to log food conversationally while you chat.
Numbers that mean something for you
Don’t assume a 2,000-calorie diet will work for you; everyone is different! CalorieGoals calculates your targets from your own measurements and what you are actually trying to do, then measures the day against those. Whether you want to burn fat, build muscle, or maintain, CalorieGoals is personalized to help you reach your personal goals.

-
Do I need to install anything to use CalorieGoals?
No. CalorieGoals runs as a full web app in any modern browser, on desktop or phone. If you'd rather have a native app, the iOS app is on the App Store and an Android app is in beta.
-
Will my CalorieGoals data carry over to the mobile apps?
Yes. Your log lives with your account, not on one device, so signing in to the mobile app picks up exactly where the web app left off.
-
How accurate is CalorieGoals' meal scanning?
It's a starting point, not a verdict. Scanning identifies the food and estimates the portion, and you can adjust either before it goes into your log.
